Please note that TOTA will place you on a team, unless
otherwise indicated. You will be notified in advance of
your team number. There will be no changing of teams on
tournament day.

Early bird Cost = $129.00 (incl. tax) - After May 20 Cost = $139.00 (incl. tax)

serve basis and a full registration fee will be charged for
cancellations within 72 hours of the event. Registration is
