Early bird registration is now open for the 2026 Outdoor Recreation Council of British Columbia Conference: Building Stronger Communities Through Outdoor Recreation.

This year, the conference will be held at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC, on May 20 - 22, 2026.

This year, ORCBC is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and this conference will celebrate the five decades of work put towards preserving outdoor recreation in British Columbia. This 2.5-day conference will bring together recreation leaders, volunteers, First Nations, land managers, government, and industry partners to tackle key issues such as access, stewardship, reconciliation, funding, inclusion, and the economic impact of recreation.
