Web Content Accessibility
The Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) and it's subsidiaries and brands are committed to sustainable business practices and responsible travel, including digital accessibility and an inclusive website experience by conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level A and AA, and complying with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) effective communication requirements, and other applicable regulations.
We want everyone who visits our websites to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.
To accomplish this, TOTA has an ongoing web content accessibility communications program, including training for digital content creators. The accessibility program evaluates digital content in accordance with best practices to support people using assistive CX technology applications for typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading.
