Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc and the City of Kamloops are working together to protect a site in the City of Kamloops’s West End, South Shore neighbourhood area where ancestral remains were reported to the RCMP by a member of the public on July 15, 2026. Out of respect for the community, the ancestor, cultural protocols, and the ongoing process, no additional details are available at this time.
